Nukaba Ltd operational procedures ensure that its product(s) is in good condition while preparing your order before shipping. Our Size Chart is universal. We have given you the maximum information about our product(s) on this page but we'll be glad to help you.
Nukaba Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of order due to an error in the address given. Please verify your personal information given to Nukaba Ltd in your ''My Account'' profile prior confirming your purchase.
Shipping will take approximately 5-14 working days to be delivered in Mauritius & Rodrigues through the standard shipping (FREE) depending if we are during the high season or not at the time of the order confirmation.
Nukaba Ltd offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders (except for Jewellery and Accessories). Please make sure you select the Standard shipping prior to checkout to be eligible to receive our Free Shipping offer.

Nukaba Ltd will offer FREE HOME DELIVERY if the total of your order is more than Rs 2500 for Mauritius and Express Shipping (by air) will be offered for Rodrigues.

For the rest of the world, international shipping fees will be applicable on request. Contact us for more information. All our products displayed on this website: www.nukaba.com are in-stock. Nukaba Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for whichever reason without notice. If you order and choose manual payment, you will have 12 hours to process the payment or else the order that hasn't been marked as ''paid'' will automatically be cancelled. Nukaba Ltd won't be held liable if during the 12 hours probation the product(s) goes out of stock as we work in a First Paid First Serve Basis.

Please inform us, if you have the intention to change your order before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to exchange the product(s) and you will have to wait the reception, to process (additional fees will be applicable) as per the below-mentioned exchange process.

Shipping is processed within 24 hours (during workdays) following the order and payment reception.
If your order is cancelled and you have paid, we will notify you and you will have two options as per below:

Option 1: Choose another product(s).
Option 2: We proceed to a refund. The refund will be processed as per our internal procedures to the account debited/credit card debited. Refund will take approximately 3 working days. (please check our Terms and Conditions policy for more info)

Home Delivery: Add-on Rs 150 (2-3 Working Days) Free for purchase above Rs 2500.

Exchange Process
​
Here at Nukaba, we have implemented a simple process to ease your exchange. Kindly refer to the below rules and conditions for a smooth process.

Kindly inform us via Messenger, WhatsApp on +23058239314 or by email info@nukaba.com of your intention to exchange your product(s) within 24 hours upon reception of your order.
​
Once Nukaba team is made aware of your intention, you will have a maximum of 14 days to send us back the order/to complete the process.
​
The Client will receive a coupon code with the same amount of the product(s) exchanged paid to use in-store for another model(s). The product(s) chosen value can't be lesser than the amount paid as no refund of the differences will be processed and it's none accumualable. The Client can choose an item either at the same price or above the original price and pay the differences.
​
Once the exchanged product(s) is/are confirmed, we will then process with the shipping method chosen for the exchange as per the below options:
Option 1: Mauritius Post Office- Receipt bill/Tracking will have to be sent to us once processed at the Post Office by the Client.
Option 2: Home Delivery Services- Once the additional fee is paid, we will schedule the delivery.
Option 3: Come directly at our head-office at Trou d'eau douce to process (on schedule).

Client shall borne the cost for the shipping/delivery fee to process the exchange.
While processing the exchange, please ensure that:

The Product(s) is/are well packed in the original packaging and properly sealed to avoid damage during the exchange process. (Applicable for Home delivery only)

If by Mauritius Post Office, the client will have to pack the Product(s) in a Mauritius Post Box and send it to our below-mentioned address :

Home Delivery:
Once the product(s) has been chosen and the method of shipping confirmed, Nukaba team will start the process and schedule the home delivery. If there's any additional fees, it shall be payable by the client before scheduling the delivery services.

How it works?
Simple! You will have to pack back the product(s) and seal the package in the original package (if not damaged) or in a waterproof bag and hand it over to our Driver, when he will come to deliver you the Exchanged Product(s) package.
​

Mauritius Post Office:
Once the item has been chosen and the method of shipping, you will have to send back the product(s) in a Mauritius Post box (sold at the post office). Once we'll receive the product(s) in our store, we will send you a notification, verify the product(s) and start the shipping process if the product(s) pass the verification process. You will then receive a text message that your exchange is successful and your parcel has been shipped with a reference number for tracking purposes.

Rules For Returning Cloth(es)/Product(s):
​
As we provide these facilities to our clients to ease their shopping experience with us, we also expect that the product(s) returned is in a sellable state which means:
​
Unworn, without stain or has been damaged.
No odours, no perfume and no product(s) that has been washed.
The Clothing Tag should still be attached, not damaged or removed.
Accessories non-tarnished, not broken or missing pieces.
No broken zip by forcing the fitting of the product(s)
All missing part will automatically cancelled the exchange process​
If we notice any of the above issues while we receive the Product(s), we will either:
Claim the total amount of the dress returned as it has been used and is not sellable. If via Home Delivery Services only.
or

Return the Product(s) to you by Post, if the product(s) fails the verification process and we've notice that one of the above-mentioned rules has been broken. No exchange will be accepted and the process will be cancelled.

If the Client doesn't abide to the above conditions and rules for whatsoever reason, Nukaba Ltd reserve the right to cancelled the exchange process, refuse future orders/services from/to the Client and will automatically ban the client from purchasing in our shop again (Blacklisted).

We process to the verification of the product(s) before sending you an order. Rest assured that if there's any anomalies in the clothing/ product(s), we will inform you before processing to the shipping of your order.
